First you must have Cloaking Tech.
 when your about to Attack an enemy ship Make sure it's on (the cloak)
 move on to the same square on the grid With The Cloak on and then
 Drop cloak When your attacking you'll have Double The Ships.
 
 I Am using Ver 1.5 i don't know if it will work on any other.
